We have a simple 10 step booking process detailed below.
Please include your event form with your inquiry.
Download and complete an event form to select one of our bundles or to customize everything just the way you want it.
Email your event form with as much detail as possible. The more detail you provide up front the better able we will be to provide an estimate that aligns with all of your needs.
We will contact you if we need more information. Once we know what you want we will provide an estimate with options according to your specifications.
Once you select an estimate or bundle you will receive a performance agreement combined with your event form so all of the details you provided on your event form will become part of your contract.
Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, usually 50%, your event will be added to our calendar.
Our wedding planning documents will enable you to direct how we should accompany your every step with music. Your instructions will also cover everything we need to know for our MC and DJ.
Our crew is paid upon completion of most events. This requires clearing the balance well in advance. We aim to have every detail of your event finalized by that time.
Your reviews mean a lot to us! We run ads on many websites where your words can help future clients hire us with greater confidence.
We'll be on site well before, during, and after our performance. We'd love to get photos with you whenever it is convenient.
