Question: Do you play songs for an Earth Day celebration?
Answer: Yes, we cover many.
Earth Day:
Earth Day is one of our favorite holidays and we're happy to be part of spreading awareness to help maintain planetary wellness. There also happens to be a lot of great music that celebrates the wonders of sunshine, fresh air, oceans, clean skies, stars, the moon, mountains, weather, seasons, night, day, animals, freedom, and global unity.
Amongst the meaningful variety of music we cover is the song climate actavist Al Gore identifies as the theme song to this important cause called Conviction of the Heart by Kenny Loggins. Gore calls it the "unofficial anthem of the environmental movement."
Other environmentally conscious artists we cover include John Denver, Paul McCartney, U2, Tom Petty, Stevie Wonder, Van Morrison, Harry Connick, Jr., The Mamas and the Papas, Kansas, George Michael, Loggins & Messina, James Taylor, The Rolling Stones, The Doobie Brothers, Michael Jackson, Louis Armstrong, Bon Jovi, Sting, Peter, Paul, and Mary, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Bee Gees, Babyface, and Eric Clapton.
